Overview / Features

This product is a fanless embedded computer equipped with an Intel® Atom x5-E3940 (1.6 GHz) processor.
Featuring an extremely compact design that is the size of just two business cards, and also a wide range of operating temperatures (-30°C to 60°C airflow 0.7m/s) and high performance. In addition to the adoption of USB Type-C ports and DisplayPort, which are widely used in mobile terminals, it has a rich interfaces such as 2x USB 3.1 Gen1 and 2x LAN ports. It is also equipped with wireless LAN and Bluetooth, making it easy to connect to digital devices and ideal as an IoT gateway terminal that can connect to peripheral devices.
Embedded-type CPU have been adopted. The use of readily available parts ensures the ease of the use of the product. In addition, the use of Contec-customized BIOS allows support to be provided at the BIOS level. In addition, Contec’s unique functions such as “Power Failure Protection”, “CONTEC Fast Boot”, “Secure Boot USB Key”, “Disk Copy”, “Self-diagnosis” are available.

It can be installed using an area roughly equivalent to that of a small paperback book and with a clearance of only 50 mm. • Power supply/charging and video output with a single cable
  • The USB PD protocol supported by USB Type-C enables this product to both supply and receive power to and from external devices such as monitors, USB hubs, or docking stations just by connecting a single cable. Furthermore, it supports DP Alt Mode, which enables video signals to be output to monitors using the same cable, resulting in minimized wiring.
• Compatible with Trellix white listing anti-virus software
  • Some OS pre-installed models have been also installed a Trellix (Former McAfee) white listing software.The whitelist type is a security countermeasure that registers in advance the list of programs and codes that are permitted to execute and blocks execution of unregistered programs and codes. It prevents malicious program execution and protects embedded PC from zero day malware attacks. It is effective for attacks aimed at vulnerabilities before (zero day) when countermeasures and modification programs are offered.
