Overview / Features

The CONPROSYS Robust I/O series is a standalone remote I/O module that supports the Modbus communication protocol. It is designed to be environmentally resistant, with excellent noise resistance and overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuits, and can be used in industrial applications such as monitoring factory equipment and production lines and process control.

• RS-485 based Robust remote I/O module for Modbus-RTU protocol : 6ch 16bit RTD Input with Open Wire Detection
  • RS-485 (Modbus-RTU) based remote I/O with 6ch 16bit RTD Input. Communication control system of up to 1.2 km can be constructed using low-cost twist-pair cable.
• Over-voltage Protection
  • Analog input channels feature high overvoltage protection, preventing the module from being damaged by high voltage spikes or incorrect wiring.
• Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -25 to 75°C (-13 to 167°F)

• Dual watchdog function monitors module and communication failures
  • Dual watchdog function monitors module and communication failures. If the module detects an operational fault, it will automatically reset.
• Robust ESD resistance
  • Passed IEC 61000-4-2 ESD testing, the rugged design is resistant to noise, spikes and high voltage electrostatic discharges.
