Overview / Features

The CONPROSYS Robust I/O series is a standalone remote I/O module that supports the Modbus communication protocol. It is designed to be environmentally resistant, with excellent noise resistance and overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuits, and can be used in industrial applications such as monitoring factory equipment and production lines and process control.

• RS-485 based Robust remote I/O module for Modbus-RTU protocol : 16ch Digital Input (Counter)
  • RS-485 (Modbus-RTU) based remote I/O with 16ch Digital Input (Counter). Communication control system of up to 1.2 km can be constructed using low-cost twist-pair cable.
• Over-voltage Protection
  • Digital input channels feature high overvoltage protection, preventing the module from being damaged by high voltage spikes or incorrect wiring.
• Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -25 to 75°C (-13 to 167°F)

• Dual watchdog function monitors module and communication failures

• Robust ESD/EFT and surge resistance
  • Passes IEC 61000-4-5 surge testing, IEC 61000-4-2 ESD testing, and IEC 61000-4-4 EFT testing. Robust design resists noise, spikes, and high-voltage electrostatic discharges.
