EUROMAP Gateway can connect to existing injection molding machines that do not support OPC UA or EUROMAP, interpreting the manufacturer’s proprietary communication protocols and data formats that differ from manufacturer to manufacturer, reducing the development time required for data integration with the host system (MES*1). By using the EUROMAP Gateway to send equipment data to the MES in a unified format, it is possible to visualize equipment status and improve processes through data analysis, thereby accelerating the shift to DX at the manufacturing site.
