M2M Gateway Series

A single CONPROSYS controller can collect data from multiple PLC controlled equipment.
M2M Gateway series supports devices from a variety of vendors,
including Mitsubishi’s MELSEC series, Omron’s Sysmac series, JTEKT’s TOYOPUC series, Panasonic FP series, and Keyence KV series.

• Reads data from PLC memory (I/O status, data register, link register, file register, etc.)
• Transmits collected data to the cloud through simple settings.
• It is possible to communicate with the PLC at an arbitrary timing by setting the communication attribute and using the VTC function

[OPC UA server function]
Device information :
Device input/output data, variable data, battery level, and other information can be sent to the host client using the OPC UA protocol.

CNC information of each company :
Output messages from CNCs (FANUC/Mitsubishi Electric/Brother Industries) and status of indicator lights can be collected and sent to the host system using the built-in OPC UA server function. Ethernet communication function can be added to machine tools that do not have external communication means.

[OPC UA Client Function]
You can select necessary items from the data of the OPC UA server connected to the lower level and read them into the internal Modbus memory.
The contents of the Modbus memory are used as TAG variables by the VTC function, and data processing is performed easily to realize a gateway to the higher system.

Connect up to 10 PLCs using an Ethernet connection or up to 128 PLCs using a serial connection.Connect up to 256 register groups, gather up to 10000 data.
